Following on from the latest update on the 25th June 2021 from the UK Government.
Please see below the Youtravel policy for bookings with an arrival date up to and including 19th July 2021.
• Customers travelling to Green destinations and wish to cancel, please note that standard terms and conditions will apply.
• Customers that have existing bookings due to travel to Amber/Red destinations and wish to cancel, please follow the normal process of cancelling via our website or via our API. Should any bookings have charges or are non-refundable, please email email@example.com and we will work with our hotel partners to remove any cancellation charges levied.
We kindly insist that you action the cancellations prior to the arrival date, any bookings left live WILL be subject to cancellation charges.
